This leather 10 ring multiple use training martingale is perfect for many different breeds, disaplines of riding and stages of training.  Conformation of the horse and how its neck is set on the shoulder play an important part of how the horse should carry his head.  The rings on the sides are used to run the reins from the bit through the martingale rings to the hand.  This gives the leverage to set the horses head.
